- Deposit for meeting rooms is half of the rental fee and is applied towards final invoice.
- For cancellation or no-shows less than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on the deposit and entire rental amount is due.
- For cancellation more than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on deposit amount.
- All capacities listed with prices are based on classroom style room arrangement. Our staff is available to offer other arrangement styles and capacity information, as well as offer suggestions on the “best fit” for your meeting.
- Our center offers high quality tables, desks and chairs appropriate for your meeting.
- All corporate prices include standard linen and skirting on appropriate tables.
